Literally 2 months after I bought these the right ear stopped working
The retractable ear piece means no snagged or broken wires when not in use.

I had used the previous version of this headset and enjoyed the sound quality however when I started using this version of the headset for telephone calls, people I speak with complain that they have difficulty hearing and understanding what I say
I love LG headsets but the HBS Call Quality is Terrible, people on the other end of the call can't hear a word I'm saying and the sound quality is just ok.

This is the worst LG Bluetooth I could purchase
The HBS-900 headphones use Bluetooth 3.0; and, as a result, they don't support Media Volume Sync.
Works great for music, Bluetooth holds up exceptionally well, battery has never been a problem
Sounds great, Bluetooth is junk i can't even carry phone in back pocket without Bluetooth breaking up.
This product is horrible has absolutely no noise cancellation no one can even talk to me while I'm driving the vehicle all I hear is background noise and can barely hear
Since I have purchased these, everyone I talk to either complains that background noise is unbearably loud, or that I sound very distant
No problems with them disconnecting but the background noise during calls, sounding muffled and far away to my callers was persistent
This is with the phone on my desk one foot from the headset with clear access to the headset, and a strong 4G signal from Verizon.
I've received no complaints about background noise, muffled sounds, or not being able to hear me.
