It is easy to learn how to use and has many great features.

The only really big feature that is missing from this phone is 4G LTE capability, but that wasn't a deal-breaker for me considering the Verizon 3G coverage (Tracfone's provider for their smartphone lines) in my area is actually quite speedy.

If you are a computer whiz, you might be able to defeat that feature, but I don't know anything about getting into its root drive, so I will just be judicious.
