Whether it be Tracfome or LG support is an insult.

I have seen some of the negative posts, complaining abut the Tracfone's poor customer support, but I can honestly say in the 15 years I have been with them, I have always found their staff to be courteous and helpful

The technology may be wonderful but the support is horrid

If Tracfone is this difficult to get activated and with very poor support what would it be like to have a problem later?

Tracfone offers great support and connectivity at the fraction of the cost

I have the phone set for her to read or (speak) my text messages when I get them and who it is thats calling or their number without me touching the phone, this is nice if you're driving or busy at the time

There are some bad’s, however, ranging from low quality materials used in this phone, speaker quality, low average volume, and call quality

n’t disable it to my knowledge

This phone doesn't come in an AT&T compatible option, so I can't have one (I'm stuck with AT&T)
