Great price, fast delivery, & you can actually charge the phone with the case on

We bought this case because we have owned Lifeproof cases in the past and it was a good price

I did have to contact the company one time for a replacement as the window on the back that displays the Apple logo was punctured (thus allowing debris inside) but shipping was timely and the replacement was top quality

This time the product was the same quality that I've come to know from lifeproof but the shipping was incredibly slow.

I'm not sure why I should have to pay an additional $6 fee because their product was defective

I went to a local retailer and purchased one and put them side by side and the ones from amazon were quite a bit cheaper looking and feeling

I got a griffin survivor case which is beautiful, looks like great protection for my phone was easy to install, soft buttons and nice looking case

Loved the look and feel of this case, but the headphone screw on cover broke off only two months after purchase and the no one could hear me when I was talking on the phone

This is not an authentic Lifeproof case despite the advertisement

Either it is not an authentic lifeproof or lifeproof has really decreased in quality

Also, my other case was not sealed and did not come with a barcode on it to verify it was an authentic Lifeproof case.

I got lucky that the water was really clear and I could actually see the blue phone case just sitting in the bottom of the lake

so it phone is constantly in contact with fresh/salt water and it is still running with no issues and/or any visible moisture

Not only were the pictures blurry or warped, water got in my case and messed up my phone

Long story short, if there’s a light drizzle your case will protect your phone but if your going to be using this case for water outings like kayaking or visit a beach or anything in between

These cases can handle anything you throw at it water, mud, and even won't crack when you drop it

For the price I would have expected a better quality and the bottom right corner's seal is not completely great

I used it for less than 6 months before the inside seal started to warp and come apart from the case

The first time, the waterproof seal was somehow broken and water got inside the case

When I took the phone one of the case it looked as good as when I put it in - aside from the fact that it wouldn't turn on because the waterproofing failed in the 3 minutes that I forgot that I had my phone in my pocket

The seals around the speaker and charging ports on the bottom inside of the case are broken and falling apart

The whole screen looked like a spiderweb, and there were two back spots

Touch ID was wet, screen wet like someone spilled a glass of drink on it

I got a cheaper one first, and shattered my phone screen

The problems I have had out of this case haven't even been the fault of the case

People have a hard time hearing me which is very annoying!

I had dropped my phone several time and my phone never broke

People have a hard time hearing me on phone calls an the rubber outer part of case is falling apart

the only downside is that it is a hassle to open and close the charging port all the time, otherwise it is well worth the $50 to keep your phone safe all the time.

The speaker phone receiving is not very good with the case on, the fingerprint authentication works less than half the time, and you have to buy a separate jack connect headphones.

I’ve dropped my phone many times, even on unforgiving surfaces (concrete, tile etc)

All of my lifeproof cases last about 12-14 months but protect the phone great during that time.

I usually love Lifeproof cases for their durability however, this one has cracked in under 6 months.

One piece was missing at the bottom of the case, which means it is not "life proof"

Love the idea of this case but the sticker that covered the home button didn't last long, a piece had broken from the flap that covers the charging port and when I leave my phone on the bathroom counter when I shower somehow water steams into it

Also you can see in the picture the door that closes for the charger has the top piece of the plastic coming off and does not seal at all in fact as other have mentioned its not waterproof and never sealed properly from the day I received it

The bottom piece that protects the charging port broke (same problem) and just gave up and returned it

While the case has taken its share of abuse and shows very few signs of wear, I opened the charger door to plug the phone in, and the clip (the portion that's protected with the door closed) broke off in one clean piece, so now the battery door can't latch closed

If I take the case off, people can hear me just fine

Sometimes when I’m on the phone, people complain that it sounds like I’m under water

And you need to speak up a bit or people may have trouble hearing you

It was difficult to hear people talking as well, unless you are holding it just right.
