LifeProof didn't give me any trouble and sent me a new one but that one broke too

If the case is defective LifeProof will send you a new one because of their life- warranty, you are able to get a new case if the one you currently have is getting old

People cannot hear me while on the phone - have had complaints while holding it and talking as well as on speaker phone

The flap for the charging port won't close the clips broke off and people can't seem to hear me while on the phone

Attached I have pictures and it is a little difficult to tell but there should be two, very tiny, plastic clips that secure the flap into place

I got my case a month ago and within having it the first week cracks began to appear at all corners of the screen as well as through the center of the home button

This is my second case like this and both lasted me less than 3 months before breaking

It actually broke just over a month after I got the case, but it wasn't a major

This typically doesnt occur until a good 8 months into use

However, weeks after I got it the charging "lid" broke: the nubs that lock it in place just broke off

The first few weeks with this case were great: it worked exactly as advertised

Mine lasted two weeks and the metal hinge fell out now the case is useless
