I’ve been loving lifeproof cases for 5 years now

I wrote to Lifeproof about this issue, but they ignored me

If you need something to get the job done for a trip, this would be the case, but if you want something that lasts you might want to search for a better quality Lifeproof phone case.

I even tested it with the tissue method, but somehow water still got in, now I have a water damaged phone and Lifeproof will not reimburse me for the repairs needed to fix my phone.

Lifeproof usually makes good products and I've loved their stuff before.

Protection: lifeproof is the clear winner

Otterbox tried to sue Lifeproof for patent infringement but failing that, Otterbox just bought Lifeproof outright

Not sure if this is a fake Lifeproof case or if Lifeproof quality control had gone out the wayside

It appears to be an authentic LifeProof case with all the official documentation included.

Hopefully, she's done putting the case to the test, but if she does; I'm glad Lifeproof is protecting her cell phone.

Edit: I really believed in life proof but at this point I am revising my review as this case isn’t anywhere as good as the Nuud lifeproof case that I had for my iPhone 5c

Also, my other case was not sealed and did not come with a barcode on it to verify it was an authentic Lifeproof case.

However, it seems that Lifeproof changed the design and now it works pretty much flawlessly

Although the packaging said that this was a genuine lifeproof product, I suspect that it may be a knock off

The home button cover broke after about 9 - 10 months, which was frustrating, however Lifeproof's warranty saved the day
