The display screen is small and lacks basic information that I feel is fairly standard on most other treadmills.

It's like smart phone small and doesn't provide you with, what I consider, critical information: pace (minutes/mile), total elevation climbed, etc.- It only comes with 1 membership for the health partner account

I explained the issue, and without hesitation, the rep told me he would be sending a tech out to my house, as well as send a new motor and belt to my house free of charge.

I abuse the heck out of this machine and it still runs as good as when I got it.
