Going through the Linksys RMA process is proving to be a complete nightmare, the person over the phone processed my order but didn't give me instructions, she told me to check my email for further instructions, then they sent me an email with a dead link for next steps, luckily she also provided a phone number, but i couldn't seem to get through

No problems with Linksys, the paperwork that came with the router even had a support phone number if we had problems.
