Love how I can map to my USB 3 hard drive that's attached to this router

After multiple reboots and getting the router up and running on all our PCs [not easy at all], my attempt to get an external USB WD Hard drive to hook up to the net work took another half day

The Q&A and problem solving 'section' had little help with the locking of my PC and had No answers for why the USB Hard drive was in READ ONLY mode

I have en extensive music collection, and I bought the router because it allows me to make a USB 3 connection to a hard drive.

I have my 8TB hard drive attached for storage.

Just as a FYI for linking a USB Hard Drive to this router. . . with any sort of compression/indexing may need to reverse one or both to write to your HD. .

Convenient to have USB 3 ports that can attach fast drive for shared storage/backup

The fact that it has two separate networks (2.4 & 5 gHz) is a definite plus and thea bility to plug external hard drive in its USB ports, making it accessible remotely, is yet another major plus.
