It's a known issue, which is always frustrating to hear

; DO NOT BUY A LINKSYS router; according to the Comcast technicians this is a known issue with the brand, not just the model.

Linsys tech support said it’s a known issue with this router; yet they continue to sell them.

The bug is a known issue since at least 2016 and Linksys has never fixed it..

To fix my AirPlay streaming I needed a stronger S/N ratio, and to get a stronger S/N ratio, I need to pick my own radio bands, and to pick my own radio bands, I need to disable band steering and set up three distinct SSIDs

Now I have strong WiFi for 2 smart tv’s, Direct TV, smartphones, an iPad, kindle fire, sprinkler and HVAC system and security system all over my 3,000sq ft home and every corner of an 1/2 acre yard

We have a strong 5ghz signal all throughout the house on 3 Smart TV’s, 3 smartphones, an IPad and a Firestick.
