Looked up my issue on the support forum and found that three other people posted exactly the same issue, but Cisco did not respond to any of the forum posts.

She had an accent but her English language skills were better than most people I know who were born in the USA.

I researched this online and have encountered several threads of frustrated people that have not been able to resolve this same problem with Cisco or elsewhere

Does do port forwarding just fine, but the log function doesn't work if you want to make sure people aren't trying to hack your system.

Much better coverage than my Cisco E-4200 I replaced.
