This product is not compatible with OS 10.8 and Cisco does not mention this anywhere in the product information

The help desk laughed at me and told me their product is working properly.

Excellent product, it is fast and has a very long range, kids playing games on it, with 5 cell phones surfing the net and 2 iPads, still getting great speed
