The old router that i had was giving me connection issues it was placed in the living room and my son had connection issues for the back of the house after i put this in they have stopped and he no longer has problems with netflix

New have connection issues, never drops and always gives meet full speed

I read it off to the lady, she repeats it back to me, incorrectly, at which time I correct her and repeat the correct S/N back to her and at that time the line is disconnected.
