As a landlord, getting called and texted to fix the internet every few hours was HORRIBLE.

Hooked up the old router, spent three hours with Linksys customer support, and still unable to get it to work.

If you would like a month long odyssey of tech support calls, hours on hold listening to bad music, and to be witness to a failed support program and a broken product with no fix in sight

As of writing this the last failure was less than 12 hours of total uptime.
