We use it for many things -- mostly eggs, pancakes, quesadillas, soft egg & cheese tacos, crunch wraps, and burgers

Best part, works like non-stick, nothing sticks to it, not even scrambled eggs

Used it for a couple scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast so far and works great

Fried eggs, just a spritz of canola oil spary.

Where this really shines is flatbreads and tortillas, beautiful charred tortillas in under a minute with perfectly cooked fried egg

What I don't like is that it is slightly raised in the center, so if you crack an egg in the center, it will start running for the edges

I was able to scramble the eggs into the cooked veggies with no additional oil/fat

even scrambled egg but everything sticks and leaves a bad smell along with a residue
