My favorite skillet's handle is a little smaller than the holder but its a far better choice than using a pot holder

The AmazonBasics Silicone Hot Skillet Handle did a good job on my 10" and 13" cast iron skillets, its cool to the touch on the stove even at high heats, the fit isn't perfect there is some wiggle room but stay on the handle

Like what many others have said, this handle gets hot when you slip it onto a hot skillet, to the point where you need to use a mit or pot holder to hold it.

I cannot lift a moderately hot skillet or hold on to it while cooking with this cover

Soooo much better than holding a hot skillet handle with a pot holder.

Not bad for quickly moving a hot skillet around, but if handling for long periods of time (taking it to the sink, moving to or from an oven)....mitts are still required.
