For some reason when I initially connected to the 3.5mm port, the sound was distorted.

I pressed play on a song from my phone and a bunch of scrambled, garbled sound came out of the stereo.

Sound is good for bluetooth, set up was simple, and I plugged it into the power controlled by my AV receiver so when I turn on the receiver, it turns on, and when I turn off the receiver, it turns off.
