This product is a failure on multiple levels

The iDevices company, that makes very good Homekit products, gives remote Homekit access without the need for an Apple TV, or an iPad acting as hub.

Let's see if I have a useless $180 camera after 3-4 weeks of customer lacking support from Logitech or a nice product (if working and reliable), supported and working.

There are better products out there with more features at a lower price.

I bought one of these cameras for Homekit compatibility (it's pretty much the only game in town so far), but I'm afraid I have to downrate what might otherwise be a good product for a hellish setup issue with Homekit, and what I'd rate as a very poor response to my issue from Logitech

After several months of usage, including five Circle 2 cameras at my house and two I installed at another house, I cannot recommend this product.

I think the camera itself is a good product, but Logitech customer service is terrible

This is my fourth Circle camera (I have three first generation Circle cams, though one is on the fritz and a I am presently waiting on support to reply to my warranty claim) and it a huge improvement over an already fantastic product

Using settings to mimic a wired (power) version, I can assure you this product is not ready for prime time

They make good cameras, but I noticed on this one that the wiring is thinner and tangles a lot (older models have sturdier wires) so the slow march to cheaper product has begun.

I honestly only chose this camera initially over other cameras because of Apple ecosystem compatibility, but it’s not worth suffering through a buggy product
