Using an iPhone 6s Plus with the iOS and app up to date, and plenty of available iPhone storage, it takes forever to go back more than a couple hours through (a couple dozen) recordings, taking several mins to load while connected to 100/10mpbs broadband at full strength/speed (the WiFi router/cable modem is in the same room, 7ft away), if the app doesn’t decide to crash first

Logitech gave me a free account and basic storage that only last for few days, then if you want a year unlimited storage is for $99 per year per camera

The device comes with free 24 hour time lapse cloud storage with a built in speaker and microphone

Overall still a better product for a better price then most out there (24 hours free recording storage is amazing).

Lastly, one year of Premium 31-day unlimited storage for the Circle 2 is only $99 per year/per camera versus Nest Aware which charges $300 per year per camera (at the time of this review)

So it doesn't give you free cloud storage (past the 30 day free trial), but it does give you 24 hours worth with the ability to download recorded content.

I only wish it integrated with their alert system instead of having to purchase two cloud storage accounts but excellent camera regardless.

Limited usability, 24 hours of "free" storage is inadequate, and the price is on the higher end.

It does look like the videos will get uploaded to the cloud when motion is detected with "free" cloud storage.

Upvote for customer service and actually trying (and eventually fixing) the problem!If Logitech were to give even a basic 5 or 7 day free storage with a little zoning, this certainly would beat out all the other cloud cam products out there.

it did, but the performance did not improve as much as it should have.in the app, the video sometimes takes a minute to load up, even when i'm inside the house.again, DO NOT GET THIS CAMERA.
