Logitech G633 Artemis Spectrum – RGB 7.1 Dolby and DST Headphone Surround Sound Gaming Headset – PC, PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and Mobile Compatible – Exceptional Audio Performance – Black

    • simply because it cuts out every 30 seconds flashing green, not a charging problem not a USB problem, the connection to the headset is great but cuts off again every 30 seconds and is annoying as hell, huge draw back, I would not buy this head set till they fix this bug and every one has this issue sooner or later so, just a heads up.....
    • The headset constantly loses connection and resets fully, the signal always being a high pitch tone and a shower of static which is lovely to hear every 10-30 minutes when the headset resets without fail
    • These things constantly lose connection, re-connect, lose connection...and none of the 'fixes' out there work
    • Super flexy cheap and plasticy feeling and Logitech even went out of their way to put a superfluous micro usb connection on the headset that is inconsistent right out of the box
    • The absolute worst of all is the connection between the dongle and the headset itself, it's completely screwed and it needs to be reset every time
    • The wireless receiver CONSTANTLY loose connection with the headset
    • Good wireless connection (despite what others have said, I haven't experienced any issue with the
    • My issue is that every time I turn off my computer and/or headset and turn them back on, they lose connection
    • Anyway, the distortion is gone, my connection is solid, so far, and I will just have to look for a USB hub that doesn't cause interference with the headset.
    • The end result is, the hardware is likely poorly wired, resulting in an unstable connection between the two sides.-Lastly, of course, the logical answer to these problems is to contact their support
    • Whenever my head tilts left, the USB plug body hits my shoulder which interrupts the USB connection, which causes the computer to switch the audio connection
    • Cord to the headset has a kink in it and the wires are stiff making me constantly stretch the cord back out because of a faulty connection.
    • They worked for around 2 month perfectly but now they keep disconnecting for no reason, I feel like the weak connection might be the prob, expected much better from this headset.
    • It has terrible connection issues.
    • Any movement of the wire makes my computer lose connection with the
    • I chose the usb plug-in cords cause I feel like this gives me better sound and connection, I can also plug the headset into usb 3.0
    • the smallest tug or touch to the usb on the side causes it to lose connection
    • The Head Phones randomly lose connection, during extended use the sound will randomly drop and the only thing that will fix it is re-booting your PC.
    • Hard to get used too.-Not true Wired connection and being micro usb that is a small negative
    • What I also dislike is two or three times a day, it loses connection to the dongle which I find kind of annoying when I play competive games such as PUBG and RB6 Siege
    • No stupid proprietary charging ports or connections
    • No stupid proprietary charging ports or connections
    • Problems from day 1... connection problems, sync problems, microphone problems, etc... won't ever buy logitech again.
    • I really expected better from Logitech, and I had hoped when the product says its "wired" its actually wired into the headset, and not a flimsy little Micro USB connection
    • My initial review of the 933's on PS4 Pro described a sporadic crackling / popping sound and connection loss problem.
    • Don't turn your head left EVER or you'll weaken the connection of the wire to the headphones and subsequently break it by putting stress on the micro-USB male wire.
    • and I couldn't even walk over to the door to the room without them cutting out and losing connection
    • They worked for around 2 month perfectly but now they keep disconnecting for no reason, I feel like the weak connection might be the prob, expected much better from this headset.
    • Unstable USB connection, faulty port and cable
    • I like the headset, but the one problem is that the wire sometimes looses connection from the headset for a moment if it is wiggled at just the right time.
    • I wish the headset were Bluetooth or at least had the option to switch on bluetooth for easier connection to phones, but maybe Logitech use 2.4 to save battery, I don't know
    • Because of the cable weak connection the headset would randomly turn off if the cable was moved slightly
    • If it looses connection, you need to disconnect and reconnect manually.
    • G930's only real flaw for me was that the usb plug had a weak connection to the board internally
    • The connection to the headset for the PC Micro USB port is very, very fragile
    • Good wireless connection (despite what others have said, I haven't experienced any issue with the
    • (Connection issues, wired model
    • Additionally the device will lose connection and turn off and on regularly
    • The microphone is good, the sound quality is good, and being able to replace the cords on the headset is a lifesaver; however, I am extremely suspicious of this product now as the first one I received had a faulty 3.5mm jack, and the replacement I was sent not only has a faulty 3.5mm jack but also a faulty usb connection
    • Headset connects to your computer with a microUSB cable which doesn't maintain a solid connection to the headset, resulting in breaks in audio, causing your computer to switch between audio devices
    • If you go more than 30 feet or have a wall between the headset and transmitter/receiver, expect to lose connection
    • In other words there is no way to make a "dumb" connection for both the microphone and earphones to the computer using the included cable (you will only connect the earphones and not the microphone if you use the 3.5mm jacks as the lines are not split).
    • Fragile Micro USB connection point at the headsets cable connection point was designed with no inset or any means of reinforcing its durability, weak connection point makes this incredibly fragile.
    • I don't mind be corded up, so I saved the extra 50 bucks and made sure the connection was good at all times.
    • This would have been a 5 star if not 6 out of 5 star rating if it would have been an actual wired headset and not just a stupid usb connection that can break really easily.
    • The software shuts down your dongle for good and messes up the connection between the headset and dongle permanently; thus, you're required to buy another compatible dongle for almost $40
    • My g930 had very bad connection
    • This headset is much more durable and does not loose connection to the source signal like the G930 did
    • Despite the fact that it is a very snug fit with the plug and port, the connections in the port are fragile, so purchasing a new cord does not resolve the problem
    • and I still lose connection from my bed, which is shocking to me
    • I wasted my time and money on these as the wireless adapter does not stay connected to the headset for more than a few minutes, once the connection is lost you have to flash the firmware and factory reset the headset to reconnect them, and they will again lose connection after 3 minutes
    • Would have to unplug and plug the USB connection back in often to "reset" the connection so they would work with PC games, and eventually they just became unusable and I went with a much cheaper and overall better quality Corsair headset for my gaming needs and relegated these to being used for music while I was working out
    • The plastic feels cheap and the entire thing constantly jiggles around with its loose connections
    • Worked great for a few months and then the wireless function just started getting a bad connection, constant static if you get more than about 3 feet away from where the dongle is plugged into the PC
    • For example, if I am using discord and I move my head, the USB cable loses connection and disconnects me from the channel and resets my audio settings.
    • If you put the mic up several apps (including Skype and Discord) will lose connection and you'll have to leave the call and rejoin to get it to work again
    • The headset is getting 2 stars from me due to the poor connection on the microusb that connects to the headset
    • the "smart" connection method is no use either
    • but this connection was not well thought out.
    • Again, the USB wireless connection was kind of a problem for me but ignoring that the product still gets a 4/5 for its sound quality, comfort, software and overall effectiveness.
    • Wireless connection is a little inconsistent though for some reason, reconnects at least every hour and can disrupt what you're doing
    • b/c the plug isn't in right or maybe loose
    • Dont buy this headset, it never works when I need it to, it makes a static-e sound for others to hear when I talk
    • b/c the plug isn't in right or maybe loose
