The greatest feature of the G933 is the replaceable battery while the worst feature is everything else.

The RBG is a great feature along with the programmable keys on the headset, but soon after owning this headset for only a few month I quickly realized that I never see the RGB and never use the keys

They're balanced, no U shape or excessive treble or bass

Can be a little tight at times but these things are so comfy with amazing sound and great features

I would not recommend anybody purchase this headset due to this critical design flaw.

As others have reported the padding at the top of this headset can begin to separate from the unit and after inspection it's clear this is due to a design flaw.

This would have been a 5 star if not 6 out of 5 star rating if it would have been an actual wired headset and not just a stupid usb connection that can break really easily.

And having the normal headphone jack allows me to use them with my phone as well as the usb for use with PC

Logitech support had my hard reset it and it fixed for like 5 days then started doing it again.

Then the do this reset thing and programs like TeamSpeak wont see the microphone until you restart the program

The instructions tell you to do a hard reset, and firmware update, if it doesn't connect, but this fails if the battery is too low, it seems, and put the headset into a worse state

Hard reset, uninstalling & reinstalling the software, etc

Uninstalling the Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) and reinstalling it as well as resetting the headset solved this
