    • The only problem is that after an hour it hurts his ears
    • Does not work wirelessly, If you contact the Logitech support they send you to an old and outdated thread to "recover a dead headset", a lot of people on Reddit are having the same problem, why it doesn't come working out of the box is beyond me

    • 3- the usb port is the worst problem on this one, plug the cable into your headset, and see it move and wiggle around with the least amount of pressure on the usb link, the headset will disconnect too, and you'll have to replug it to make it work again, and if your unfortunate like me, you could mess everything usb related with that flimsy usb
    • Dont buy this headset, it never works when I need it to, it makes a static-e sound for others to hear when I talk
