Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend, he uses them everyday says mic works great, and the noise cancelling headphones are amazing.

Cloud was one of my favorite headphones based on build quality and audio quality for the price they are listed at.

A very niche problem I ran into is that streaming services such as OBS don't handle surround sound headphones well and it distorts the sound so if you plan on streaming keep this in mind.

beware, these headphones are poorly designed from an ergonomic standpoint, I cannot use them for more than 20 minutes without getting a horrible headache.

It was constantly disconnecting, something that these headphones are infamous for, so I sent in a return order and Logitech sent me a new braided USB cable (see picture attached)
