    Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrum – Wireless RGB 7.1 Dolby and DST Headphone Surround Sound Gaming Headset – PC, PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and Mobile Compatible – Advanced Audio Drivers – Black

    • Suffice to say, I have no issues with this headset
    • I had to search online for the fix, but the issue has been corrected and other than that small issue I love the headset.
    • It has terrible connection issues.
    • I've had so many issues getting this to work as well
    • By disabling the mic it gave me a weird issue where I couldn't do anything to the headset in the logitech software
    • The only issue that I have, like most people, is the headband cushion's adhesive is cheap, so the cushion falls off on the corners where the tabs are that hold it into the headset to support the adhesive
    • The common issues are the constant disconnect, and thr possible firmware update failure that may turn your headset into a "brick"

    • My issue this time is that the mic only works if it is in a very specific position, which is a real pain in
    • Nothing works to clear the issue.
    • The biggest issue I have with this headset is static in the mic, and it seems there is a short in the entire left side of this unit
    • It lasted for 6 months but had poor firmware update issues.
    • Intermittent transmission issues, and also had difficulty trying to update firmware on the headphones
    • It had potential, but horrible firmware and hardware issues held it back
    • This issue is worth -2 stars since it makes it unreliable in uses outside of gaming (I can't reliably use this headset when taking a call on skype/google/etc)
    • The most frustrating issue though, is when I'm playing a game and get a phone call.
    • After scouring the internet and Logitech forums, it looks like having static mic issues is actually common for this headset
    • Further investigation revealed that in order to correct this issue, I would have to manually reset the wireless USB antenna with and the headphones.
    • I googled my problem and TONS of people had that issue and had to return theirs
    • 3rd had the same issues and broke while taking the headset off.
    • The most recent issue I am having is that the microphone no longer works when it's all the way down, or even partially down
    • Small echo issue if too loud
    • Worked for a few months, same issues popping up, same support problems with them being unable to resolve the obvious software issue and wanting to replace the hardware.
    • Works great, they fixed the cutting out issues that the g930 had
    • Re-updating the firmware worked and paired them again, but the issue kept cropping up, after not using the headphones for a few hours or day they would lose the pairing.
    • Another issue was, a loss of signal
    • However, the audio issue and terrible support is not worth the $127 I spent on them.

    • For the price I was really hoping for a quality headset, other than those issues I would say it has good quality no issues with it falling off like I have read
    • Really bad audio, tons of broadcast static, and technical issues where the microphone won't un-mute.
    • Using it daily, I normally have to plug it in near the end of my entertainment cycle, suffering the disconnection issues for the rest of the night

    • I don't have any issue with the figment and them falling off with the shake test like in lost reviews
    • I've used in my Home laptop, work desktop, Windows 10 and 7, the issue is painfully consistent in every device
    • There's the potential for some really dumb issues that a consumer shouldn't have to worry about at this price.

    • Overall never going to buy another Logitech product and I highly recommend you do not buy this headset, for the price this issues are unacceptable.

    • These are hot to wear, have horrible connectivity issues and are best served in some barbaric game of explosive ring toss

    • Great sound, no issues with my unit, battery lasts longer than I need, and is user replaceable, so you could get spares, the charging cord is awesome

    • the 930 did i cant go into the basement with them on anymore or listen to music with then when in the bathroom but other wise i love them
    • its amazing i love the wireless feature the battery and having to charge
    • They're balanced, no U shape or excessive treble or bass
    • Dont buy this headset, it never works when I need it to, it makes a static-e sound for others to hear when I talk
