    • Logitech support couldn’t help, and after googling around, it seems several other people have had the same problem
    • Logitech support just tells you to update firmware, etc, etc or replace it under warranty, in which your chances of getting another one with the exact same problem is very high
    • You'll go online to find a solution, and you'll see plenty of others posting about the same problem in the logitech support forums

    • Great features such as pulling the mic up to mute are very much welcome as well as some G buttons in the side to have presets that you can configure on pc

    • the 930 did i cant go into the basement with them on anymore or listen to music with then when in the bathroom but other wise i love them
