I have had this particular headset for about two years and from day one it has given me some annoying problems

the problem is that it falls out of your head easily and sometimes it disconnects randomly but overall its a very good headset

I had immense problems trying to get this to work on my PC

I get this weird problem with the microphone that happens at random and sounds like my headset is inside of Hurricane Katrina

, mic actually doesn't extend very far (very irritating when trying to figure out how to improve the mic's sound quality).Overall: Solid piece of equipment for the price, but problems (while few and far between) make the device's overall value seem low

Logitech's software just doesn't have the same quality as their hardware peripherals (I'm usually a HUGE fan of their keyboards and mice).I don't mind running the Logitech Gaming Software on my PC, the problem is these headphones like to reset randomly while using it

They are amazing headphones they never cut out my only problem which is why i gave it 4 stars is because its away to easy to change the volume.

Wonderful product, the only problem I have is with a glitch in the lastest

first time when i received, it has problem of rink with computer, but after firmware update it work well

I had a G930 before this and it lasted much longer, and I only sought to replace it because the plastic cracked in a few places yet there were no actual functional problems with it

It looks like lots of other people have had this problem and still no fix from Logitech

Since the problem happened twice i believe it is not a "bad luck" problem.

This is the third wireless from Logitch and ALL suffered the same problem

I googled my problem and TONS of people had that issue and had to return theirs

The problem is, they only work about 25% of the time

Earlier this fall (2016) the headset suffered a problem where it would not unmute and you had to perform a hardware reset to temporarily fix it

Occasionally, the headphones also enter "sleep mode" paralysis which switching it off and on does not remedy the problem

About 6 months after using the headset the problems grew far more severe

Does not work wirelessly, If you contact the Logitech support they send you to an old and outdated thread to "recover a dead headset", a lot of people on Reddit are having the same problem, why it doesn't come working out of the box is beyond me

Dear Lord, has this been an overlooked and ignored problem with the PS4 operating system

Again, the USB wireless connection was kind of a problem for me but ignoring that the product still gets a 4/5 for its sound quality, comfort, software and overall effectiveness.

I personally like it, and no problems so far after 9 months

My problem lies in how I thought it was supposed to operate with an Xbox One, which is why I bought it

The customer service and warranty I have are also being refused because they believe the problem is a user error

My husband and I have very different components in our PCs so this isn't an isolated problem, and you can google "g933 sound issues" and see the hundreds of results confirming what I have written here

But the problems with LGS, buggy initial firmware and its tendency to throw itself into fail states is enough to ward me off of further Logitech purchases unless I hear things have greatly improved.

Its problems are too annoying to get around though
