    • Logitech support had my hard reset it and it fixed for like 5 days then started doing it again.
    • The instructions tell you to do a hard reset, and firmware update, if it doesn't connect, but this fails if the battery is too low, it seems, and put the headset into a worse state
    • Hard reset, uninstalling & reinstalling the software, etc
    • Uninstalling the Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) and reinstalling it as well as resetting the headset solved this

    • i have removed the battery, plugged it back in, restarted my computer, done a fresh driver/logitech software/firmware install, done a hard reset on the headphones and the dongle

    • We have done every thing suggest from Logitech to fix these problems, from reinstalling drivers and gaming software, to using the hard reset button on the dongle and headset, to unconventional recommendations such as uninstalling skype preview
    • Needs a hard reset 2 - 3 times a week because it won't recognize its charger, or won't function
    • Dont buy this headset, it never works when I need it to, it makes a static-e sound for others to hear when I talk
