Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrum – Wireless RGB 7.1 Dolby and DST Headphone Surround Sound Gaming Headset – PC, PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and Mobile Compatible – Advanced Audio Drivers – Black

    • Logitech has great products, but again, their software is awful and it ruins a greatness that is clearly there.
    • However the software for this headset is a pain.
    • Its clearly a software issue as I've only had the problem with LGS running
    • but i do know that ill be taking these back to the shops tomorrow for a refund great hardware appauling software logitech well
    • He says the sounds quality is wonderful and he enjoys the color-change software
    • The software itself is easy to use and deeply customizable, it's the same Logitech program that runs their mice and keyboards
    • Sadly, from the start this headset had issues with the logitech software where it would frequently freeze the software and/or become unresponsive.
    • The software is also just as amazing and really sends these cans over the top of the competition, imo.
    • Crappy hardware, decent software.
    • Head over to the Logitech "Community" site and see how awful the software is for these headphones
    • Once installed and working properly, the software is intuitive and reliable
    • Too loud at max, software is straightforward, no wireless lag or drops
    • Hardware is pretty good but the software is so lacking that I can't use it
    • The software and drivers, however, are garbage
    • 9/25/2017 - One starLogitech software not compatible with Windows 10
    • I also played a bit of Arma 3 with them, sounds great and thee same with CSGO, just amazing quality, I can also say I could sit down for ages playing games without taking off my headset without it getting uncomfortable, the software is also awesome, nothing more I could want there
    • The firmware tells you it needs updating when it doesn't, and sleep mode simply wrecks the software
    • they come with free downloadable software so you can customize the colors and sounds just for you
    • software doesn't recognize it and the sound doesn't work.
    • This thing constantly has firmware and software problems and glitches, and the customer support is doesn't help, you get what you pay for, this thing break in a couple months.
    • However the software crashes a lot, like 5 times a day, and requires you to either reset your headphone or you'll have to do with no sound.
    • It also doesn't appear that logitech has very good software support.
    • I never figured out how to un-mute a program the software muted like this short of restarting my entire computer
    • the software is bad
    • USB Selective Suspend Settings (Disable)-Install Logitech Gaming Software
    • (I really don't turn the volume up very high!)Also, entirely unimportant but slightly frustrating: the LED software is so limited
    • Headphones fit perfectly and look awesome, but the software that comes with them is very buggy
    • Perhaps an improvement of their faulty software, as well as actually proper customer service that doesn't require me to contact them 5 times and fill out my information 10 times, would warrant a 4th or even 5th star
    • if you get it dont get wireless and know that if you have other Logitech items like the g13 or the g910 that if this piece of shit headset that seems to always have issues , has an issue you'll have to unplug it and play without sound cause it messes the main software up which right now is gaming software 9.0. do yourself a favor and get anything else but the wireless version of this piece of crap.
    • Buy corsair, better customer services, better build, better software.
    • Software was pretty decent, some more options for button control would be nice - but it was good enough
    • The headset itself is great, but the software is extremely buggy.
    • Driver installed fine and logitech gaming software picked up the receiver quickly
    • Also the software that you can use with Logitech devices is really useful for both testing sound and messing with settings
    • The headphones are low quality and the software is even worse
    • Software is so bad, it doesn't ever detect them.
    • but I was met with a buggy and massive hole in my wallet with broken hardware and software
    • I shouldn't have to forgo the features that attracted me to this product and disable the software just to hear clearly
    • The Logitech Gaming Software is a great software
    • software issues
    • All drivers are up to date for it and tried using their LGS 8.96 software to correct but it was also utterly useless... save your time and money and buy something else.
    • Sounds amaZing software is easy to use and the lights are incredible
    • On top of that the software is very buggy and some times will not even recognize the device as being on
    • The power saving mode is a nice feature and the comfort is great, but the software they use have a few bugs which will hopefully get worked out in the future
    • Although they are sturdy and can take a hit, they have a lot of issues when it comes to the hardware within the device as well as the software
    • (I really don't turn the volume up very high!)Also, entirely unimportant but slightly frustrating: the LED software is so limited
    • After finally replying this time, where I made it very, very clear it was a hardware issue, not some software issue or configuration issue or a driver issue, they still replied giving me all the advice I had quite literally just told them I attempted already
    • An additional annoyance, the mouse, keyboard, and headset all have different software.
    • The software takes over discord.
    • Defective hardware/software, and horrible support is the reason for the low rating.
    • And the software you can use with pc is nice and easy to use
    • Still terrible software
    • very bad , not software to mac
    • I upgraded the headphone firmware as well as the desktop software.
    • The software is easy to use and even has premade profiles for alot of games
    • The software is horrible
    • Great LGS support software
    • One month and a half of ownership the software inside of the headset itself stops working
    • Too loud at max, software is straightforward, no wireless lag or drops
    • Crappy hardware, decent software.
    • plus Logitech's crappy software leaves much to be desired, but as a wireless headset had great range and can basically go anywhere in the house with minimal loss of quality
    • It has decent sound, but its finicky companion software leaves a lot to be desired
    • Good audio quality, a decent microphone, great comfort, construction is just okay, software not overly intrusive and easy to understand, buttons easy to use but all on the same side of the headset, great range, and nice cables included
    • The bad: The software tends to crash which cuts the audio and mic
    • My only major complaint about this item is the crappy software included; it plays hell with my native software
    • Overall, I’d say this headset has many great features, but with bad software and a high price tag be cautious with your purchase and do your research!
    • The software is kinda cool, when it actually detects the unit is on.
    • It's comfortable, easy to charge, has a long charge, effective software interface, and looks good!
    • The software is nice as well
    • Great headset but unusable since the software is so buggy
    • Negatives:- Software
    • Terribly buggy software, and considering this problem has existed for a long time
    • If you can get past the infuriating software, and your headset doesn't suddenly stop working like mine, the audio is nice, and they are very comfortable, though these are hardly enough to make up for the rest of the problems.
    • And the software has been very finicky
    • Besides you can always switch it off.- Great software and
    • The software is SUPERIOR to the old 930 software.
    • Love the software with the device
    • Lifelong Logitech owner forced to change brands because of shoddy software and lazy CSR.
    • Software glitches and unreliability
    • As usual, best hardware around and they couple it with the worst software on the planet so all you get is a shiny paperweight.
    • The software you have to install is also ridiculous
    • Sound quality is decent but the software and updates that said it would've fix the problems never helped
    • i've followed all steps on logitech's website which mainly involved fresh software install and pushing a paperclip in the device to do a hard reset. if all the software is freshly installed manually (with latest software from logitech's website) and power cycled appropriately and the problem persists (even when using audio jacks to attempt to use wired) it has to be a hardware problem
    • Man O' War--install the dongle inside the USB extension dock and you'll gain meters of rangeSmall heads
    • With a mainly plastic body, the whole unit creaks and squeaks as you move your head about
    • not as flexible as it seems in picseven with disabling the lightings of the headphones, it still lights up when you power it up or recharge it, no way to disablehorrible costumer support
    • This headset uses a usb dongle so I can understand that the range won't be as great as a
    • If you're like me, you enjoy products that work as they should, and if they don't, it bothers you...a lot
    • I cannot recommend these headphones to anyone as they are nothing more then $120 paper weights.
    • a few cases out there where certain things came faulty or didn't work as
    • Max volume, and I kept wondering - is this as loud as they go
    • Ultimately I can not ever recommend Logitech headsets as they always have deal breaking issues.
    • Dont buy this headset, it never works when I need it to, it makes a static-e sound for others to hear when I talk
