Using my webcam microphone DOES NOT trigger the same behaviour (audio works perfectly fine)

Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend, he uses them everyday says mic works great, and the noise cancelling headphones are amazing.

Initially it worked fantastic - On Fortnite the surround sound works fantastic and the mic works great as well

Mic works well, people don't have issues when I'm on Ventrilo...which is good enough for me

The volume button no longer works and the battery dies way to fast.

I was a bit hesitant to get one with all of the negative reviews and comments about wireless headsets but so far this is working really well as a replacement for my broken wired headset

The most recent issue I am having is that the microphone no longer works when it's all the way down, or even partially down

I've had this for just over a month and it's worked really well for listening to music (metal, rap, soft rock, a huge variety of sounds) as well as gaming (solo and while chatting with friends)

I had audio cutting out, mic would stop working things like that until I found a forum post explaining to put your PC into clean mode (i.e. boot up with all services disabled) and reinstall the LGS that way

The sound quality was good and the mic worked great as well

Head set works really well with both my ps4 and my pc with no need to set any thing up just plug in the usb dongle and turn the head set on

But it would've been nice if the true wireless worked for consoles or had a version with a receiver that was console compatible.
