Well, this thing sucks

Another thing about this remote is the ease that it slides into cracks and gets random numbers pushed causing the "Help" button to have to be pushed repeatedly

This thing drains batteries like crazy and once the battery gets low you have the tutorial prompts to go through every time you pick up the remote

This is actually my second remote because the damn thing fell off the coach and end table so much buttons stopped working.

This thing is awesome.

However, there were flaws that needed to be de-bugged, and some annoying things that needed to be customized (like the remote buttons I actually use were buried 12 clicks deep in screen menus while other unused ones are on the 1st screen).

If you want to do any sort of customization, and don't enjoy screaming curse words at your computer screen, well, this thing is not going to improve your day

There's a small learning curve to that, but I figure if you're buying one of these, you probably have the patience and ability to pick up on things pretty well

The best thing is that, when we got it, I was afraid I'd have to go through all the effort of entering all the information about the relatively complex TV-Audio-DVD and, yes, VCR system I've got.

Not as good as other models (discontinued), falls off things all the time due to odd shape

Also the remote starts to do strange things when it is low on power

A good rule is when things don't seem right, try a new set of AA batteries.

We are replacing a 650 that we've had for years, These things are great for combining remotes

It will do (eventually) lots of good things, but "owner manual" is NOT real manual

If this thing lasts as long as my previous Harmony remote I'll be a happy man

Bought this to simplify things for our new A/V system

Programming can be a pain, but this thing is the master of your entertainment center once you get it dialed in

but it didn't access the right things on the TV.

The only good thing is that it will control a Pioneer music CD player I purchased in 1987.
