Horrible policy, horrible customer service, so please do not waste your money, or you're going to regret it.

Don't waste your money on this piece of crap: it was once a great remote but the shitty software updates over the years have degraded it to a barely functional annoyance.

Don’t waste your money paying somebody when you can set up your system to work simlesly yourself.

I just told them to either send me a control that would work or refund my money, and they're sending me another Harmony 650.

I don't know why some other reviewers knocked the customer service...when I called they were top notch and walked me thru one particular set up that wasn't readily apparent setting up (Amazon Prime) but with their help, the remote is working exactly as wanted.

The remote works pretty well and is really easy to program since it uses your PC it gets all the codes and works.

After giving this a try for several months, and trying to work with the seller, I cant recommend this product

For instance, I use the remote for a smart TV, a satellite system, and sound system

Sometimes it fixed the problem...other times, it just turns off the TV and messes the sound bar up by doing so so that I have to get up and hit input on the soundbar until it turns back on

I control a smart TV, a DVR cable box, a sound bar and a DVD with this one remote.

Programmed semi complex setup in 10 minutes and works flawlessly.

The 4 buttons with soft labels are superior to the 6 on the One since you will rarely hit the wrong button

Bought this to replace an identical one with sticky buttons.

In 3 days my remote will be one year old and for the last few months buttons have stopped working.

Very easy to hold and use the buttons and fairly easy to instinctively use and remember how to control my system all on one remote

I really like disposable batteries over the rechargeable one.

Occasionally the remote gets dropped or bumped shifting the batteries and it goes back to its startup tutorial.

It can burn through a pair of cheap AA batteries in a few days

As long as you have the brand name and model number of your devices, the software does all the programming for you

All I had to do was log in and register the manufacturer and model number of the devices I need to control

The hardest part was finding the model number on each device and we had to do that from the device itself or it's booklet

Hint: before beginning to program your remote, gather the manufacturer and exact model number for each device you are going to control

Least, the touch buttons don't light up in a dark room.

You have to memorize those buttons if using it in a dark room.

It's a little softer on the eyes in a dark room that the bright LED Blue

This is such a simple but fantastic feature when controlling your system in a dark room.

The writing on the buttons is so tiny that neither I nor my wife could use it in a darkened room.

A little tricky at first, avoid the version 7 of the software install for this

This product is the perfect alternative to the more expensive version

If you download the software (on Mac at least) it requires you install an old, insecure version of Java
