Good controller, had to call logitech but they were able to set it up working good for my TV

Remote works fine with Pioneer receiver and Sony blu-ray player, however, it only works with my Insignia TV 10% of the time at most

I had a little trouble getting it to sync with my PC, but found that it seemed to work reliably using the rear USB instead of the front, despite other devices (7.1 surround headset and wireless keyboard) working fine in any of the fronts

I also bought a silicone case for the remote to be able to take a little more abuse from the kids without breaking and it has been working great for a few years now.

This is very clever and works very well and any controls that do not fit well into the standard keys can be added to the small LCD and accessed from there, with the proper labels

I don't know why some other reviewers knocked the customer service...when I called they were top notch and walked me thru one particular set up that wasn't readily apparent setting up (Amazon Prime) but with their help, the remote is working exactly as wanted.

The "watch TV" and "watch a movie" macro work very well in turning everything on and to the right setting
