works great, nice to have a real tivo replacement, took a bit of time to program since the older LG tv I had was not in the group of preselected tv codes, but the website link to the Tivo website included in the instructions to the showed how to have the remote find the right code.

The material doesn't seem as sturdy as the original, and the shiny black plastic cover gets slick very quickly.
