After spending hours trying to configure this remote, we found out it has many connectivity issues

To resolve the connectivity issue, find the MAC ID of the device, go into your router, assign a static IP to that MAC address, then reboot the Harmony Hub (just unplug it for 2 mins).

Oh, and the device will not allow you to assign a static IP, so you have to use your router to force it to use a static IP.Setup was easy (other than the connectivity issues).

Every single other device in that room connects fine without issue (including a Vizio Smart TV, Roku Ultra, PS4, Wii U, Nintendo Switch, Steam Link, Amazon Alexa, and a TP-Link Smart Bulb), but when the Harmony Hub is directly connected to my router, it is unable to hold a stable connection, constantly either dropping inputs or requiring a power cycle to reconnect to the WiFi
