People would often be confused by the sheer number of buttons or they would stop aiming the remote towards the devices too soon causing everything to be out of sequence

We just love these remotes and would recommend them to anyone with complicated equipment that gets used by technology illiterate people.

I'm sure there are some outlier devices that it doesn't work perfectly with, but overall, it works, and I think the issues are the people setting up and using this remote.

Most people probably won't have this issue as they will list the TV as a device

People complain about the setup, but really Logitech has the best library of components and setup of any universal remote is a pita

No more issues with how you hold the remote, people walking in front of you, or other kinds of interference.

I'm one of those crazy people who thinks there are places where a tactile interface is better than a touchscreen.

I am certain that other people were very happy with their devices given the configurations for their specific situations, but in my case with the devices above, I can only say, "Wow, that was awful

People seem awfully critical of this product for a bunch of different and silly reasons..... but this is definitely a 5-star product, especially for the price

I can only guess why other people have such issues when everything is 1-2-3 as it is with the improved app these days

Would not recommend for non tech savvy people.

I'm glad so many people like this product but, for me, the setup was torturous and the system did not live up to the hype

That's great if I need a button that's not mapped to the remote, but using a touch screen LCD while trying to not look at it is just about the dumbest thing you can do, and people who have LCD touchscreen-only remotes should feel dumb for thinking they're a good idea

ANYONE CAN USE!In short the people behind the design, functionality and development of this are absolute geniuses

I guess, from the reviews, it works for some people very well

I also have a Harmony Ultimate, which was perfect, but I think it intimidated people
