This is a great product

Logitech name, illogical product.

I normally don't write reviews but this product is rock solid.

Logitech has come a long way since its early cheap products of the 80's and 90's.

This is just a terrible, terrible product that even FEELS cheap.

Great product if you want to hide all of your equipment in a cabinet

I give it four start mainly because it's a good product, but if you aren't tech savy it might frustrate the user in the setup

However, the setup really needs to be addressed by Logitech to have a stellar product.

Product completely simplified my home theater.

I then loaded the harmony app on my iPad and showed my 4 year old how to turn it on and choose her favorite Disney channel which I set up in 'favorites'.If you are willing to take the time to read the instructions, create a list with the correct inputs/outputs, model#s, etc. before you get started, this will be the most amazing product you will have purchased to date

But this product using a hub does not work in a confined area.

The product works most of the time, but the programming is extremely glitchy

This is the worse product I have ever purchased from Harmony

I was pleasantly surprised how easy this product was to set-up and how well it works.

Overall, this is a very good product and will probably work in most applications; however, it is limited by not having the ability to send IR signals directly from the remote.

our product was “supported” and we didn’t need to program each button on the remote with the hub’s IR receiver, in theory each button was already programmed by Logitech- if we go into harmony hub app on phone, after a few clicks we have access to a virtual remote that worksThe bad:- the programming “actions” don’t work

To make a longer story shorter, I spent about four hours tinkering with the builder and the app and couldn't get the app to do ANYTHING.Fortunately, in my search to find comparable, better products, I was reminded of the Harmony link.

The R/C was very easy to configure by adding the specific components by brand and model

Every single other device in that room connects fine without issue (including a Vizio Smart TV, Roku Ultra, PS4, Wii U, Nintendo Switch, Steam Link, Amazon Alexa, and a TP-Link Smart Bulb), but when the Harmony Hub is directly connected to my router, it is unable to hold a stable connection, constantly either dropping inputs or requiring a power cycle to reconnect to the WiFi

For example, our home does not have a central air conditioning system, instead, we rely on a large window A/C unit to cool the house down
