Setting the device up was extremely easy as I previously had a Logitech Harmony remote, albeit an earlier version.

But the Logitech Harmony software and approach still make it easier to use than separate component remotes.

They look a whole lot better - I don't know why Logitech/Harmony can't start with them out of the box

I was the owner of a Logitech Harmony One for several years prior to purchasing this remote.

Bought the Logitech Harmony Ultimate One about four months ago.

I've been using the same Logitech Harmony One for the last 5 or 6 years now, and it's great (despite the bloated battery issue)

The Logitech Harmony Ultimate One works pretty well, with 2 exceptions.

The only positive I have has nothing to do with the remote.

The most infuriating remote I've ever used

won`t charge, and alternatively tells me `low battery` or `fully charged`Tough on me those 14 months, since the warranty, when you check it out, is only 12 months

after all these years they were still there, but it is a very good thing i had not forgotten that 7 year old, defunct e-mail address

However the control doesn’t work as we wish it to, we have it set up to turn on the sound system and tv when the watch tv setting is turned

Kinda sucks as you can do that with the Harmony app but not on the remote

The touch screen is very intuitive as you can swipe to the right or left to fast forward or rewind, tap the screen to pause or play.
