Logitech Wireless Gaming Headset G930 with 7.1 Surround Sound, Wireless Headphones with Microphone

    • After less than a year of use the mic arm broke so it won't stay in the up/muted position
    • The microphone arm is lose and will not stay up
    • I broke the connecting arm on it and when I went to replace it, I went with the "other guys"
    • The microphone arm loses all tension in the
    • downhill messVery fragile, dropping it while sitting was enough to break the mic arm on the last pair
    • Only complaint is that the mic arm locking mechanism broke after moderate use
    • Update 2: I am sad to say that I will be having to pass up Logitech products due to connection issues and the microphone arm starting to fall down into my vision right out of the box.
    • The only drawback is that this is the fourth pair that I've had to buy as the swivel joints that attach the ear parts to the band break rather quickly and the arm of the microphone comes loose and dangles after maybe a year and a half of use
    • Also the microphone arm was unable to stay in the upright position, there was no friction to hold it there (in case you do not know, you raise the microphone to vertical to mute it, so this was a large inconvenience).I would likely have been able to fix the microphone friction issue myself, probably a loose hinge inside, but would need some support to fix the disconnect issue
    • (USB Cables have a hard time staying in while charging, the mic arm falls down due to lack of tension, and even the USB dongle is cracking and falling apart.)OVERALL: 3/10 (For around this price you can easily set your own mod-mic and wired headset up, which is absolutely the superior option
    • The arm that holds the speakers to the headband had broken
    • Flimsy connections and construction, mic arm broke within one month.
    • The microphone arm also tends to break at the 90-degree bend.
    • The microphone arm is good and stiff, and has good friction when rotating up and down to mute/unmute
    • As disappointing as that seemed I emailed Logitech customer service desk and they sent me a brand new headset for free
    • The product it self works as it's intended too
    • Other times, it'll seemingly not reconnect and just fail as if it's a low battery
    • The first moment this thing begins to disconnect/reconnect on you, run to the "return" option as fast as you can
    • This headset works as it was designed probably around 2/5ths of the time
    • everything works as it should.
    • Your guess is as good as
    • Works as it should.
    • I love the 3 buttons on top as you can use them to cycle through music or can supposedly program them for other uses
