Love the mute feature by just pushing the microphone up

The headset is very comfortable on both my husband and myself, and the volume control on the side is a nice feature

Great sound, great features

I replaced them with a pair Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 headphones which are pretty much the same feature wise, but have a wired connection

All features work as intended.

I enjoy the 7.1 feature.

But those two features are not worth the headache or hassle that comes with using this headset

Oh, and the auto mute when you move the microphone boom all the way up is a nice feature because you don't really have to think about it, just push it up

Side buttons for music are cool, but I never used them, because I have hotkeys on the keyboard, so sort of a useless feature for me, but a neat idea

Being able to get up and move around plus still hear everything perfect along with mute is a great feature.

Also having an easily accessible mute button on the side on the headset with a red LED visible on the end of the mic when muted is a great feature

, physical buttons are great, I love the microphone mute feature which allows you to lift up the mic to mute, long lasting battery, build quality is above average

This is the worst "feature" ever while speaking during a conference call, and leaves the headset unreliable and almost completely unusable.

This wireless headset has nice features but is cheaply built and falls apart after about 1 to 2 years at the most.

Sound quality is amazing, charging is not that bad like i thought and has some really fun features

But I can't even try to deal with the issue so I can enjoy the other features since this issue basically makes the headset useless about 60% of the time

Some nice features and decent

I thought I got them at a good deal and thought the wireless would be an awesome feature

For full price currently of $120, I would not buy it again, but for $70 I would, I loved this headset and all its features, just a shame it died after only a year of non-extensive use.

They have great sound and features.

The LED indicator for mic status is very appreciated, and the ability to throw the mic up to get a quick mute is yet another great feature

If you don't mind replacing these every year or so, then the features may make them worth using.

Sound quality is all right for the price and the wireless feature was really convenient not to mention that there was no problem with the software, so overall it served its purpose I just wish it didn't break within the first year using

As disappointing as that seemed I emailed Logitech customer service desk and they sent me a brand new headset for free

The product it self works as it's intended too

Other times, it'll seemingly not reconnect and just fail as if it's a low battery

The first moment this thing begins to disconnect/reconnect on you, run to the "return" option as fast as you can

This headset works as it was designed probably around 2/5ths of the time
