As a note yes, I have spoken with Logitech Support, followed their numerous 'fixes' for the issue and sent in my headset, received an all new one and still have this issue after only about a month of having it around again

the latest software dont recognize the headset in windows 10, there is not an official fix for this and the logitech support dont say nothing, so ... dont buy this.
