After having the headphones for 4+ months now the mic has been giving me trouble

When they don't work they randomly beep, the mic cuts out, the sound cuts out, there is sound but no mic, and unfortunately this is about 1/2 of the time

The sound is great, the app that lets you tweak EQs and volume levels of different channels is great, the mic is great, the cups are big and comfy for hours and hours, the controls on the headset itself are great
