    • The plastic was very brittle and disintegrated in small pieces.

    • Plastic parts that break
    • Very flimsy, made of cheap plastic
    • The plastic forks that hold each can are made of terrible quality plastic that also break easily, mine broke while moving back to school after 10 months.-The programmable buttons are difficult to program as the software will sometimes not recognize what function you want it to be set to, likely because of buggy software.-The wireless dongle is finicky with what usb port it will work with
    • This was not accidental, it was the cheap plastic and/or bad design flaw of these headphones.

    • Pros:-The sound quality is good, despite some audio glitches when in 7.1 surround mode-The mic quality is good as well, for a headset that is-The wireless range is goodCons:-The swivel joints break ridiculously easily due to the terrible design choice of making flimsy plastic joints for cans that are this freakin heavy

    • Even the feel is like cheap recycled plastic
    • The plastic holding the left ear cup broke and now it just hangs from the wire and doesn't cover my ear
    • As disappointing as that seemed I emailed Logitech customer service desk and they sent me a brand new headset for free
    • The product it self works as it's intended too
    • Other times, it'll seemingly not reconnect and just fail as if it's a low battery
    • The first moment this thing begins to disconnect/reconnect on you, run to the "return" option as fast as you can
    • This headset works as it was designed probably around 2/5ths of the time
    • everything works as it should.
