Logitech Wireless Gaming Headset G930 with 7.1 Surround Sound, Wireless Headphones with Microphone

    • They work great, the battery will get you through a full day no problem
    • This is a serious problem, because it interrupts my conversations and subsequently interrupts my work
    • The problem is the connectivity issues
    • The common joint problem where the headphone breaks away from the joint occurred only after a week and the second side broke literally 20 minutes later
    • One problem, weird crackly sound when I slightly bend the headset to put on my head
    • The problems with the headset have been getting progressively worse from month to month, to the point where I am considering replacing it soon
    • The problem was easy to fix after looking online for a solution; all I had to do was open up the settings in the Logitech Gaming Software, find the setting for "Automatic microphone noise removal," and turn it off
    • I've had this headset for about a year and a half, and it has had intermittent problems with cutting out.
    • BEWARE some people have a problem with losing connection to the dongle and some ppl have the headset timeout every 10 seconds (some ppl can fix this
    • I don't know if this is only my issue or every G930 has this problem
    • At 2 months now the problem is worse and unbearable, I'll be forced to replace it now
    • Aside from my original wired USB Logitech headset, this is the only other one that I have owned problem free for this length of time
    • the problem has only gotten worse
    • Nothing seems to correct the problem
    • The problem is intermittent too which makes it hard to fix since every "fix" needs a day to find out if it worked
    • The replacement has had the same problem as the first one which includes, but is not limited to, crazy amounts of feedback that escalates in volume before turning into a staccato version of the same sound
    • As someone who is used to wired headsets, I was slightly worried about how well the wireless connection would perform, whether I would have to deal with interference, etc., but I haven't found any significant problems with it so far
    • Now the problem has worsen to a point where when I'm just chatting it would not pick up what I've said and disconnect
    • All in all this would have been an amazing buy for the price but Logitech's unusual silence with this well known (now that I researched it) problem is terrible in that there is no foreseeable solution as of yet.
    • Almost 1/4 of the people who own this headset get this problem, and Logitech REFUSES to fix it or even address its existence
    • I was like ok no problem and continued to use it for the next hour or two and it kept disconnecting and there was a hissing noise
    • First one had its problems, very few connectivity issues, had trouble charging correctly sometimes..
    • so I figured I'd mention it anyways and since exiting and rejoining discord solves the problem is most likely discord).
    • But the main problem is constant interference and crackling that is a known issue documented by hundreds of users
    • Microwave use always causes interference and the most frustrating problem of all was the constant drop in an out even with the both the USB base within arm's reach and the headset plugged in
    • I have owned two of these headsets and both had problems with frequent disconnects, and both eventually broke.
    • My problem is that under normal use, they break
    • Only "major problem" is that it sometimes glitches and the audio wheel doesn't control the volume, the buttons do
    • First problem is the mic boom loses it's friction positioning
    • The biggest problem with it, however, is that it's a seriously fragile piece of hardware -- unfortunately, it was all but falling apart after a few months of use
    • I am even considering no longer supporting my favorite e-sports team (Cloud 9) due to their affiliation with sponsoring the organization
