    Logitech Wireless Gaming Headset G930 with 7.1 Surround Sound, Wireless Headphones with Microphone

    • Every time you turn them on, it's like playing the lottery
    • Second, pushing the mic up to mute doesn't work every time.
    • But my all time favorite time was when the CSR put me on hold 24 minutes before closing time and then kept me on hold until the automated system told me that I needed to call back during regular business hours because they were now closed
    • Other times, it'll seemingly not reconnect and just fail as if it's a low battery
    • It's good but in my experience it has a hard time keeping a connection outside my room
    • Third time is the charm
    • Other times it will stop working altogether and require me to restart my machine
    • Do follow the driver installation directions otherwise you may have a frustrating time with the sound quality being low at first
    • The RMA process was very slow the first time, so I'm really not looking forward to trying again
    • The battery dies in either 2 or 4 hours (it changes), it disconnects all the time, and sometimes just refuses to work and needs to be restarted

    • Microphone noise cancellation ahs to be turned off or you will find the drivers crashing multiple times a day, requiring a reboot to work properly
    • After about 5 day's of use, the headset/mic is already losing connection to the wireless dongle at intermittent times, it will lose connection for a few seconds then automatically reconnects
    • I never have to waste my time on this again
    • It interrupts all inbound and outbound audio for up to 6 seconds at a time, as frequently as 2 or 3 times a minute
    • This is 2nd time I purchase G930 headset, my previous one broke after 4 years of use and I wanted a new one of same time
    • The headset loosed signal 3 times while writing this.
    • Connection issues with the wireless gave strange feedback multiple times
    • Not only is the sound quality excellent but the build quality feels sturdy and unless your hard on your items it feels like it would last a long time

    • As others have noted, the charging port on headset itself is fragile and can easily break over time (mine did, and I have to insert the cable at an angle to make it charge)
    • The product consistently disconnects even when fully charged and it makes a crumbly noise every time there is audio

    • Probably 5-6 times per day, it will give out a short beep and lose the connection for about 5-10 seconds, and give me a double beep and reconnect

    • I've had disconnection issues many times over, but it always reconnects, and within a month of purchase, the microphone arm refuses to stay upright.

    • The headset has a terrible time charging, and sometimes even holding a charge when plugged in due to the wireless receiver impeding the headset's charge enough to not charge properly

    • have had 2 sets break from normal use in under 9 months, 1st time all the buttons/mute function stopped working
    • Do not waste your time on this product or this company.
    • Head set worked fine for 2 weeks, after that it is always disconnects at the worst times..

    • The reason I put 3 stars instead of 5 is because when you have the Logitech software open it will beep at you for low battery, approximately 6 times before it goes completely dead
    • It does have a tendency to run out of batteries at the worst time ever.
    • It will cut out and die every few minutes, which would be annoying alone, but every time it
    • Even if the mic didn't break I was still having problems with the wireless connection dropping out at random times and then taking a few seconds to reconnect
