It gets frustrating going for the "Gold" and missing out because a receiver drops a pass or a defender sacks a QB when you needed to get an interception

It makes ME feel guilty of making a bad pass and being at the mercy of the defense.

Recievers can't catch a ball in the open to save their lives, the drop passes in this game is frustrating

On any important passing down, you pretty much have to play man and get to the QB to have any hope of an incomplete pass (unless the receiver drops the ball, which also happens too frequently).

Not anymore so the zone defense that is intended to stop long passes is useless if you know what you are doing and run the receiver past the zone defender who will just stand there

As for Directv sunday NFL pass, it works perfectly for me and I use it every Sunday.

Madden 25 seems to take a step back regarding the passing and defensive game

A few of them were self-inflicted (defensive offsides, false starts, late hits on QB) and the others were some for clipping, a few personal fouls for late hits on the sideline, one facemask, and one offensive pass interference that was called on my left guard

There seems to be an inordinate amount of OFFENSIVE pass interference penalties called (you could say a crazy amount of offensive offensive PI haha), when there's little-to-no reason for the call

This means the defense doesn't actually have to touch you or get in your face to force a bad pass, all they have to do is push your O-lineman hard enough

Coaches players and owners have all been in the media and we've had contract disputes as per usual

I may try to enjoy this game as much as I can, and being optimistic, I will probably buy next year's Madden, hoping that you fixed all of these problems and went back to the basics.

This is annoying as you could have a wide open receiver and the pass will fall short no matter what

After 30 minutes of playing this Madden 25 I'm investigating my return policy rights and considering playing something else... as much as it will suck
