If you're looking for a nice solid ukulele look elsewhere, this is a simple basic ukulele

This is a great STARTER ukulele but if you have someone who gets serious and you can tell are going to continue learning then you will want to upgrade to a nicer one

The case is so thin and flimsy that it is only passably effective at keeping dust out, and definitely would not protect the ukulele against anything more substantial than dust

But instead of returning a perfectly good ukulele I am giving it to my fiancé

I was a bit disappointed as I loved the color when I chose it online for this specific reason , i was interested in buying a colorful good beginners ukulele to make me interested in playing it and enjoying it, however I had to use the teacher's ukulele instead and keep this just as a toy for my 5 years old.
