    MarineLand Diamond Media Premium Activated Carbon, Blacks & Grays, 40-Ounce (PA0373)

    • This is medium-fine granular carbon for fish tank filters.
    • This carbon is the dustiest most disintegrated carbon I have ever used
    • Other activated carbons have been better about this.

    • Another method for good results is to make a simple, cheap carbon reactor for the sump tank by using a very small powerhead pump (I use an Aquatop brand) and a common disposable (er, recyclable) plastic drinking water bottle 12 oz.
