Its a great size

Haven't had it long enough to comment on durability, but it lays flat, is fairly transparent, has a just-textured-enough surface to not slide around, and is a good size for my desk and chair space

It is heavy duty and does a great job protecting our hardwood floors.

We did find that the end meant to fit under the desk, doesn't actually fit under the desk, so we had to lift the desk and slide the mat underneath for proper coverage

Also, my dogs like to poop on it.
