So, no customer support, a non-functioning game, and zero usabilty

You lost a customer, and I am not the kind of person who says stuf like that

Now I'm stuck with a game that won't work, and terrible customer service within Origin/EA that won't help

Basically, made me to waste few hours and made me unhappy customer

- Games that crashes during gameplay (Battlefield 4)- Games that wont start (Mass Effect Trilogy)- Requires Origin which is just an non functioning version of steam- Awful customer

Because: - it wants you to play it through Origin, so you download it and when it gets to 55% it just shuts down, after terrible customer service you finally get the installation to work, install the codes to play, and...- Boom!
