Mass Effect 2 disks were defective, and I tried numerous dvd restoration programs to try to recover the data but the vast majority of the disk was corrupt

I didn't start the down load process of the games till almost 9:00 p.m CDT (GMT -5 HRS) it was sold as a box set but all you need is the code on the paper the disks are USELESS!!!!!

Turns out that even though this game does come as a DVD box set, the disks are nearly useless

Why bother sending out 6 disks if you have to download it anyway?

Turns out the disks are not securely fastened in the least (only VERY shallow circle-shaped indents in the plastic for the disks to fit, and tiny 1/4in pockets on the edges to tuck an edge of the disk into to hold it in place, both of which are very easy for the disks to slip out of), so the disks were all completely loose and jiggling and rolling around within the case by the time it arrived in the mail
